We are retained to assist our central London based property sector company with the appointment of a CFO.
The business is one of the most exciting in the UK and has a capital spend planned of £50bn of which £10bn has already been deployed.
This dynamic group is pursuing a buy and build strategy, backed by institutional capital and sometime in 2024/5 there will be a liquidity event , which will reward investors and management!
The CFO will work closely with an inspirational CEO leading from the front and insuring the group hits its demanding targets.
The CFO will of course be responsible for all aspects of the financial function in this world class business.
We welcome applications from qualified accountants from the property sector, which can include property funds, property management, construction and private equity real estate.
We are looking for a seasoned business professional with strong partnering skills and a credible reputation with the city.
A basic salary up to £300k is on offer along with a 100% bonus making £600k.
