Trainee Financial Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for an entry level Analyst to join our office-based team in Mayfair, London. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (e.g. real estate, planning, data analytics, etc.) or work experience in the property industry. You must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to organize your own workload. Efficiency and accuracy are both very important in this role as you will often need to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining the high standards of work product. This is a great opportunity to step into the property industry and to be exposed to variety of UK assets.

Key duties include:

• Conducting research projects relating to property and markets;
• Assisting in the development of investment models for various schemes;
• Appraising new investment opportunities;
• Assisting senior members of the team with putting together appraisals and reports for investment committees;
• Liaising with other departments within the company to source accurate information;
• Working collaboratively with colleagues from partner companies as necessary;
• Ad hoc administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an undergraduate degree (min 2:1);
• Have a genuine interest in the development process and the residential market;
• Proficient in the use of excel;
• Ability to source market information efficiently;
• Keen to learn and actively participate in a dynamic and constantly adapting environment;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written English;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
