Finance Business Partner

A large multinational that specialise within the Pharmaceuticals sector are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in Bracknell, you role will be reporting into the commercial controller and you will have a variety of different tasks to carry out.

They have an excellent track record for internal promotion and mentoring their less experienced employees to become future management of the organisation.

Description

As a Finance Business partner, you will be responsible for your own work with weekly/monthly meetings with management, you will be responsible for key deliverable within the team, working with the wider business including the operational teams, you will have the ability to report and present findings to business leaders and ultimately action change within the organisation.

To be successful as the Finance Business Partner, you will ideally be someone that is looking to progress to the next stage within their careers. You will be looking to join a forward thinking, progressive company to not only take that initial step but to aid future steps within your career.

Furthermore, this will suit a newly qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience candidate. You will have a detailed understanding of how an FP&A department works and be able to adapt quickly to different processes.
