Finance Manager required to join our exclusive manufacturing client on the outskirts of Solihull. This role has full P&L, cashflow and balance sheet responsibility for several division sin this high-margin business. You will also act as first point of contact for operational managers at site, and you will be responsible for driving profit and reducing cost across the UK business. This will incorporate occasional site based operational reviews to identify trends and ultimately implement best practice across the group.
Applicants must be qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA (or equivalent) and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of quickly building relationships and achieving credibility with non finance managers. The successful person must have strong commercial experience and the mind-set to think laterally when approaching problems.
