Systems Implementation (NetSuite)

Our client, a fast growing SaaS business have selected NetSuite as their new ERP system, fdu have been tasked with identifying an Interim Systems Implementation Manager (6-9 month assignment) to lead this project. Reporting to the Finance Director you will have end to end responsibility for the implementation of NetSuite ERP.

Key responsibilities to include:

• Implementing a strong financial controls environment.
• Delivering a new financial reporting framework to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecast and analysis processes.
• Driving automation initiatives specifically with regard to the billing cycle.
• Managing stakeholder relationships - external Consultants, team etc.

Your experience:

• Previous experience of leading a NetSuite (or similar ERP) implementation.
• A credible leader with excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of key finance processes and controls, and evident mapping experience using relevant software.
• Comprehensive experience creating detailed and relevant process documents.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfort when liaising with internal and external stakeholders from both a finance and non-finance background.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines within a dynamic, fluid environment.
• Ability to work with a high level of ambiguity.
