Financial Controller
Manchester
£55,000- £65,000
Accountable recruitment are exclusively working with a growing business’ based in the centre of Manchester. You’ll have a lead role in the finance team and be given the freedom to develop the role and team. Managing a small team, you’ll be operationally based – proving support and figures for stakeholders in the business.
Duties to include:
- Managing and developing a small team
- Preparing monthly management accounts for multiple entities in a group
- Creating reports to identify trends and results
- Developing budgets and financial forecasting
- Maintaining and updating cashflow
- Improvements to processes and procedures
- Due diligence projects
- Managing the audit process
Skills required:
- Accountancy qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Experience from a practice background could be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Confidence to work autonomously
