Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a successful service company in Nottingham. This company has an unrivaled client base and an excellent reputation internationally.

As the Finance Manager you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be responsible for monthly management accounts, at all levels from managing transaction accounting and reconciliation, balance sheet management to preparation of operational and Executive Board reporting.

Key responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Managing transaction accounting and reconciliation
- Balance sheet management
- Preparation of operational and Executive Board reporting
- Lead the Accounting and Reporting team in the production of monthly P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reconciliation
- Ssupport stakeholders, executive board and budget holders in their financial performance management.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience of working in a fast paced finance function. You will be self motivated with the ability to work autonomously, as well as working in a high performing team. You will be personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders across the business. You will have strong IT and Excel skills.
