Elevation Recruitment are currently engaged with a leading Bradford Employer to recruit a Business Analyst to their new division, this is a project based role with a dotted line to the IT department but will manage the Credit Risk of the business ventures.
On a day to day basis as a Business Analyst your tasks will be:
*Facilitate the investigation and design phases of business change and IT projects
*Working closely with a team of stakeholders, to facilitate business design activities including business requirements gathering
*Conducting impact assessments and gap analysis of design outputs to facilitate the definition of implementation plans
*Developing business process models
*Conduct problem analysis and root cause analysis to help drive process improvements
*Play an active role in UAT to ensure test plans align with requirements/designs and any changes
*Be responsible for the project management of smaller projects
*To comply with FCA regulations, where applicable
Your profile:
*Previous experience of completing Project activities within agreed schedule cost and quality standards
*Excellent stakeholder management
*Confident communication skills, written and verbal
*Experience in mapping business processes using tools such as Visio
*Experience in business analysis tools
