Global Finance Manager

Partner Financial are working with a leading Services group based in Central London, seeking an experienced interim Global Finance Manager. This is a crucial role within Global Finance, and more widely within the company Leadership team.

Taking ownership of best practice processes, the Manager will lead Financial Management & Control for the Account, whilst playing a pivotal role in Commercial Support to both the Account Management team and the Client. The role will also drive the development of efficiency, working toward reporting automation and timescale reduction. Inhabiting an important advisory role within, the Manager will recommend and oversee the implementation of any chosen Corporate Reporting systems.

Key Competencies:

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA)
• Outstanding interpersonal and English language skills, with the gravitas to lead and develop teams, and influence development within the business
• Adaptability and resilience; comfort when learning new processes, working with ambiguity, to tight deadlines, or in a fluctuating environment
• Self-motivated, with demonstrable initiative and a high level of personal organisation
• Customer service orientated across internal and external clients and colleagues
• A high level of financial competency at both macro and micro levels of business operation
• Lead corporate P&L virtual teams and key member of the AR, P2P teams and the global finance community
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, is desirable
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Client Accounts in a large, multinational group; including Budgeting and Forecasting, International Entities
