Management Accountant

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a qualified Management Accountant for a very well established manufacturing business based in Burton on Trent. The Management Accountant will work within a highly reputable business that has seen incredible growth over the last couple of years. In line with this growth the business can provide a desirable working environment alongside a competitive salary and benefit package.

Key responsibilities include:

To support the Reporting Manager on a day to day basis.
To take responsibility for the monthly management accounts pack.
To maintain the financial records of the business in line with Company policies and procedures. 
Month end accounts including group consolidation. 
Budgets / forecasts. 
Capital appraisal. 
Cash flow forecasting. 
Report analysis. 

The ideal candidate will be from a manufacturing or engineering background, who has an appetite to progress their career within a rapidly expanding business. You will need to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience required for the role:

Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
Solid understanding of costing.
Strong communication skills.
A high level of energy and enthusiasm, and a "can do" attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to work closely and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
