AP Manager | One of the UK's Fastest Growing Start-Ups | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing businesses in their search for an AP Manager to join their ever-expending international team.

Based from their architecturally designed office space in Central London where there are office dogs in their hundreds, you will be part of a dynamic team where there is a large amount of collaboration. Despite the company's massive growth rate, they have maintained their non-corporate culture with various lunch events and trips away as a team throughout the year.

Whilst you would be managing a team of 5 more junior members, our client is looking for someone who can be hands-on and cope with the company's massive growth rate. This role would suit someone who likes working in an entrepreneurial business where they can learn and progress quickly with fantastic mentoring and coaching opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the more junior members of the accounts payable team including AP leads and AP assistants.
• Ensuring the team are performing to a high standard
• Providing coaching and training when required
• Acting as the main point of contact for any supplier queries or issues
• Improving efficiency within AP including assisting with system implementation and improvement
• Assisting with other senior members of the finance team to improve productivity

Requirements

• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up
• Strong experience in an AP Manager role
• Project management experience
• Confident and ambitious attitude
• Ability to cope with change and ambiguity

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + healthcare + dental care + study support + bonus
