Goodman Masson are currently recruiting for a leading property management business based in Great Portland Street for a client accountant. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of Owner Statements, VAT Reportsand other reports as required by the client
- Input of Lease Maintenance updates
- Billing of periodic rent, service charges and insurance charges to tenants
- Billing of directly recoverable and ad hoc charges to tenants
- Billing/Recovery of void/vacant unit service charge liabilities from
client - Entering Service Charge Budgets onto the system and ensuring
tenant on accounts amended accordingly - Calculation and compilation of completion
- Preparation of funding requests
- Monthly reconciliation of client accounts
- Attendance of client meetings as required
Requirements
- Experience with property management systems essential
- Commercial property accounting experience essential
