A leading publishing group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious accounts assistant who is looking to broaden their experience and gain that month end exposure.
Reporting directly to the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts, ensuring reporting deadlines are met, assist with commercial financial analysis and continually make suggestions to drive improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with strong initiative and have strong organisational and communication skills. You will ideally have 12 months experience working within finance, be an advanced user of Excel and have an interest in the Publishing sector. Use of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
