A large technology business with a high volume of customers is looking for a senior level Finance Manager to join them for a high exposure role in Newbury, Berkshire. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this Finance Manager role presents excellent training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities of your new role

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

• Managing a high-performance team of five individuals
• Providing financial and operations analysis alongside your team
• Providing decision support and full cost management
• Working closely alongside management teams and business partnering with a range of stakeholders
• Implementing reporting tools to improve the reporting process
• Taking the lead on the budgeting and forecasting process
• Taking responsibility for capital expenditure

Candidate profile

The business seeks a high performing Finance Manager who demonstrates:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Experience managing teams of qualified accountants
• Experience in technology or a practice trained background is highly advantageous
