Management Accountant - Part Qualified

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting a Part Qualified Management Accountant for a leading business based in Derbyshire. This is a great opportunity to join a business that is rapidly expanding.

THE JOB:

Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include:

Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting
Assisting in preparation of forecasting and annual budgeting process
Cost analysis reporting; improving the level of cost reporting and awareness across all sites
Holding monthly one to one cost review meetings with key budget holders
Sales analysis reporting & customer profitability analysis
KPI Reporting for internal reviews & external requirements
Capex Reporting - ensuring capital expenditure processes are followed and capital spend is accurately reported
Providing information for auditing purposes
Budgeting and forecasting
Other ad hoc duties as required

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will be working towards a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA)
Excellent communication skills are required
The ability to communicate at all levels and with non finance employees is essential
You must have excellent Excel skills
Driving license required as travel to other sites will be expected
