Marks Sattin is recruiting on behalf of a leading firm for a Senior Manager to join the M&A advisory practice. Working with the Transactions Services team you will examine, quantify and develop management strategies for Corporate Tax risk in complex transactions and IPO's.
Working with a wide variety of client across a range of industries, you will be adept at risk analysis and the forensic deconstruction of a company's tax position in relation to a proposed transaction.
You'll be working with the M&A Advisors and the Corporate Tax Advisory team, and will have excellent communication skills.
