Management Accountant / Near Solihull / £40,000 - £45,000 pa + bens

If you're looking for career progression and exposure to a Private Equity backed business with impressive growth forecast, this is for you. You will be forging relationships with CEO /CFO / Acquisitions Team / Ops Directors and leading a small team to deliver high quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly accounts, including P&L and balance sheets for Group

Supervise and manage Management Accounts Assistants who are responsible for month end activities eg accruals and pre-payments and various other month end processes.

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations & KPI analysis

Support the Financial Controller with Forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

Support the Financial Controller with preparation of the board pack month end reports to Private Equity Partners.

Lead projects supporting the continuous improvement within the Finance team.
