Reporting to the HR Manager, duties will include:
- Processing payroll on a monthly and weekly basis
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Collating and processing sickness information
- Processing SMP, SSP, SPP payments
- P45 production and distribution
- Pension Administration
- Processing any changes to bank details or personal details
- Checking all time-sheets & adjustments are correctly processed
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience of working within Payroll
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Have a strong understanding of payroll legislation
