CFO

My client is a rapidly growing tech company based in London, they are looking for a part time interim CFO to join them for an initial three to six months as they look towards a period of growth organically and through acquisition. They are looking for someone who can lead the finance function and improve controls in line with their growth. Deliverables will be to improve MI and create meaningful monthly board packs, improve cashflow reporting and prepare for the pre IPO audit. They also have some M+A targets that if bandwidth allowed you would also get involved with. It sounds an amazing opportunity where there are investing in both headcount and their product. You will work closely with an impressive CEO and board to drive the business forward. As this role is interim, they are ideally looking for someone immediately available.
