Frazer John Recruitment is exclusively retained to help our client, a start up private equity fund in their search for a CFO.

With £500M of committed capital our client are on a mission to Reboot the capitalist model. Their aim is to support mission led entrepreneurs across Europe to make superior returns whilst creating a positive impact on society. This final element will be done by giving the majority of the 'carry' to social projects.

We are looking for a values led leader with broader interest in the positive impact of business and desire to change the model of private equity. You will be a chartered accountant with significant experience gained working for a Venture capital or private equity fund whose values align with our clients goals & ideally have strong experience / knowledge of growth markets led by technology. You will be required to set finance up from scratch, covering all day to day finance matters, corporate governance, strategic planning, hiring and developing a team.

The role can offer a fantastic package to include salary, bonus & carry. It could be based in London or Manchester.
