Finance Manager (Engineering)

A London based Engineering company that operate throughout Europe. The company have a huge portfolio of engineering projects throughout Europe and are a household name in their sector. The business is going through an exciting period of change (due to growth) and are re-arranging the company structure to reflect recent investment

Your new role
The role is a newly created position due to growth and acquisition. The opening is for a Finance Manager who needs to come into the business and develop efficient processes are in place for month end reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc commercial analysis. You will report directly into the inspirational CFO of the business and act as a business partner to him by helping implement new software to ensure the business is a leader in its field.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be able to fulfil this job, you will need to be a qualified accountant with experience in industry (ideally a engineering, project, contract related company) in a role there is a big focus on process improvements and motivation to join a growing business.
