Interim Finance Manager for a high growth Health-Tech company

A high growth Healthcare company based in London, with global operations. They are currently building out their finance function within the UK, so this will be an exciting opportunity to work in an everchanging and developing business to get the business on an upward curve.

Your new role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts for the company. You will manage the internal reporting, month end, management accounts and general transactional finance. You will also manage all internal controls and process improvement within the business. Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing audits and working alongside different business units to provide accurate financial reports.

The role will involve internal and external reporting.
You will be responsible for

• Statutory reporting under IFRS
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Managing a team of 2
• Focus on improving reporting especially with goals around introducing more of an FP&A influence on the numbers
• The team will be transactional
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  You will be a qualified accountant, with a strong background in external and internal reporting, statutory reporting and controls. Exposure to start-up businesses. And experience managing finance from bottom up. Healthcare background desirable.
