I'm working with one of the world's largest privately owned Real Estate and Property businesses to recruit a Finance analyst to join their London team.
The role of Finance Analyst will include:
- Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and control for specific entities within the business, including actuals, forecast and budget
- Preparing annual financial statements for specific entities within the business and managing the audit process for those entities
- Preparing of all taxation and other returns
- Overseeing supplier payments for specific entities within the businesses
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Treasury Management System
- Undertaking special assignments as agreed with the Finance Manager and other members of the Finance Team
The suitable candidate for the role of Finance Analyst must be/have:
- Degree educated
- FULLY ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Strong knowledge of key Financial concepts
- Intermediate + Excel knowledge
- Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships
