International business are urgently looking for an experienced Interim Finance Process Manager for a period of three months initially.  In this key role, you would split your time between their Berkshire head office and also their Shared Service Centre in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Created detailed work instructions for use across the Shared Service Centre
  • Support the users to carry out their day-to-day work across P2P, O2C and R2R
  • Link process documentation to signed off process flow charts
  • Work with process leads and finance operations team in documenting the work instructions

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent
  • Experience working in an international environment and in a Shared Service environment
  • Proven finance process improvement skills, and ability to pragmatically manage key workflows
  • Outstanding influencing skills and effective management of key deadlines
