Position: Interim Project Management Accountant
Location: Cranbrook, Kent
Start: Immediate
Duration: 2-3 Months (duration of project)
Role: Temp
Rate: £18 - £20 per hour

We are working with a beautiful independent boarding school in West Kent who are looking for an Excel wizard to assist with their Chart of Accounts Project.

The piece of work is expected to last around 2-3 months. Someone with a current DBS would be preferred due to urgent need on this role.

You will be working with the Management Accountant and the Finance Bursar to deliver a new chart of accounts (redesigning nominal ledger structure).

You will also work on mapping transaction level data to new account codes.
You will be liaising with the Sage Business Partner through import and testing as well as reconciling test system to live data set.

You will work on the Management Accounts and Excel linking.

Experience:

We need someone who is at Management Account level as a minimum
You must have Advanced Excel skills, this is an absolute must e.g. pivot tables, report designing, code mapping.

An appreciation of importance of accuracy and impact on business if errors are made.
