Finance Manager

Partner Financial are working with a high growth multi-national services company, with turnover of more than £10 billion. The business requires a Commercial Finance Manager to work closely with operational and client stakeholders. This is a crucial role within Global Finance, and more widely within the company Leadership team.

This is a high-profile position, offering the successful individual both commercial and financial ownership for the business unit. You will be working closely with the Finance Director to build and deliver high quality annual and medium-term strategic plans for the business unit that are in line with the overall Group strategy and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving ‘best-practice’ and performance within the wider finance team, focusing on key account KPI’s and objectives;
• Presenting financial performance to regional and client business heads
• Reviewing month end close process, driving accuracy and understanding performance;
• Managing and presenting client spend budgets and quarterly forecasts for the region;
• Financial Planning process, providing a 3 year outlook on Account profitability
• Data Analysis to provide insightful Management Information

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
• The ability to provide key business insight through exceptional analytical skills.
• The ability to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and driven to succeed.
