My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a M&A Analyst to join their expanding team. The company is currently undertaking a number of property acquisitions across London with further properties being lined up to join their already impressive portfolio.
As a M&A Analyst you will be responsible for due diligence, property and business acquisitions, disposals and in improving the operational performance of a portfolio of properties.
- Assist in the execution of real estate M&A transactions, preparation of pitch books and live deal materials
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments
- Site visits, management interviews, operational review, return models, fee structures and asset reviews with industry experts
- Coordinate legal, commercial, tax and technical due diligence
- Assist the financial analyses to include asset valuation, development appraisals, scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reports detailing cash flows, valuation, and performance.
Successful candidates will have strong modelling skills with investment experience within the property industry.
Candidates will also be ACA/ACCA finalists or newly qualified accountants.
