CFO

A leading privately owned business services company is seeking a proven CFO to join this high profile and exciting organisation as it seeks to embark on the next stage of its development. This dynamic and fast paced dynamic business is looking for a driven, commercially astute and highly analytical CFO to lead on the sale of the business.

This is a hands on role with broader strategic and commercial responsibility which will include implementing systems, processes and controls across the business as the CFO will be a key member of the Board, working in close partnership with the CEO to provide advice in alignment with the planned sale of the business. With an excellent reputation in their sector, this dynamic brand needs a commercially orientated CFO to take sole responsibility for the finance function and help steer the business through its expansion to a successful Exit to Private Equity.

Working alongside the founders, the CFO will be an exceptional qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), hands-on and commercially aware with a background in having taken a business through to an exit, ideally to Private Equity.
