Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) are currently retained to search for a Chief Financial Officer to join a successful pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for Finance and IT across the organisation driving board level strategy.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Chief Financial Officer will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- A key member of the group executive team, leading external relationships service providers and regulatory authorities.

- Lead an effective corporate services function while managing business risks.

- Oversee financial planning, reporting and control through a mid-size team of accountants.

- As the Chief Financial Officer, you will build strong internal relationships with manufacturing and clinical leaders to ensure effective project accounting is delivered to collaborators.

- Ensure the successful implementation of a business wide ERP system to deliver automation of business processes.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Chief Financial Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)

- Industry experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, professional services or manufacturing sectors.

- Previous work history at Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer level.
