Management Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager - Leisure Travel Finance, the Management Accountant - Leisure Travel Finance is responsible for providing key financial information, forecasts and support to various areas within the Leisure Travel Finance Business.

In this exciting position you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting, re-forecasting and budgeting of the relevant business areas. The Management Accountant - Leisure Travel Finance will ensure the completion of balance sheet reconciliations, providing detailed variance analysis against budget and forecasts.

In addition, you will business partner with key stakeholders, providing support and analysis to help drive and influence future decision making, as well as assist the Finance Managers with ad-hoc assignments when required.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant or be a very strong final stage/exam qualified candidate (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with proven experience of preparing high quality and insightful financial performance reports. You will have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint), be adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment delivering to tight timescales. Any previous finance business partnering experience would be desirable, as would experience within a Retail environment.
