A Head of Finance is required to join a sought-after employer in the East Midlands full-time for an initial period of six months.
Responsibilities of your new role
As the new Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in the delivery of commercial analysis and insight to support effective decision making. Reporting into the Finance Director and business partnering with multiple commercial stakeholders across the organisation, your key responsibilities as Head of Finance will include:
- Leading and managing the finance team
- Commercial analysis and commentary
- Leading the delivery of financial forecasts and budgeting cycle
- Financial appraisals and business case reviews
- Financial modelling and insight
- Leading on performance improvement initiatives
Candidate profile
The business seeks a CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified Head of Finance who demonstrates:
- A proven track record of leading a large team
- The ability to add value to multiple stakeholders
- A proven track record of business partnering
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
