Opportunities of the Junior FP&A Analyst role:
- Oversight of all Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis
- Support the planning cycle and financial management of cost base resources
- Liaising with internal teams to discuss financial performance and risk/opportunities
- Aiding the Commercial Business Partners to drive business profitability through financial analysis
- Involvement in the production and analysis of all financial management expense and performance data
- Support the production and delivery of the annual planning process
- Help to develop and run effective regular forecasting capability, highlight financial performance issues and aid prompt resolution
- Support the adoption of single P&L for the business that connects income, cost and profitability
- Drive commercial decision making in business
- Any other ad hoc activities defined by senior management
Capabilities of the Junior FP&A Analyst role:
- Working towards a Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Experience in Financial Services organisations
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Enthusiastic and motivated
