FP&A Analyst

My client are a global powerhouse and a household name within the environmental services sector. The company are a multi-billion turnover US headquartered organisation with healthy growth across their emerging markets and a pipeline of investment for 2018 / 2019 to help develop new offerings and strengthen their position within the market. After a recent move into a state of the art business complex in Reading, the EMEA HQ has been growing fast with a need for greater analytics across the business paramount to aiding decision support at the forefront of their wish list, this role has come about.

Through promotion, an FP&A Analyst role has become available. This role would be perfect for someone coming from an organisation where they only see part of the P&L and where perhaps they would like more ownership and visibility to give them more opportunity to affect change. This role will business partner key business stakeholders across the organisation. work closely with the revenue teams and with a focus on OPEX have an eye on the SSC. This role will be directly visible to the VP EMEA Finance and will have a dotted line into the FD and Head of FP&A.

Ideally you will be a Finalist / Newly Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA and will have a minimum of 2 years within financial planning and analysis. You will have experience with SAP and USGAAP would be a nice to have but not a prerequisite. Previous experience with revenue, opex and business partnering with SSCs would be valuable in this instance and the ability to communicate effectively as a finance business partner would be useful.
