Financial Control Risk Manager

A recent restructure and pending roll-out of a new finance platform within my market leading client has led to an opportunity for a technically strong Financial Controller to manage and coordinate the roll-out of Financial and Risk control across a European region.

The Financial Controller will report into the Head of Finance and will be play a pivotal role within the dedicated team to ensure the smooth implementation across the region.

Duties and accountabilities will include: Mapping and project management of Control and Risk framework ensuring group vision and synergy, conducting regular reviews to ensure milestones are met and financial control remains strong and in line with plan, to manage short and long-term risk and to build mentor and develop the regional Finance team.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong Finance Manager with exposure to managing complex projects within a complex multi-national business.

A practice trained Accountant, ACA or ACCA with relevant post qualified experience within commerce and industry combined with a sound understanding of Risk, Financial Control and project management would be well suited to this opportunity.
