Senior Accounting Manager

I am currently recruiting for a leading tech platform that is focused on the leisure and travel industries. This is a high-growth, fast paced business going through an exciting period of change and offers a broad role in a fantastic work environment. Your new role
You will be working closely with the Accounting Director to align global processes and manage the London finance team of 4. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Management of the month-end process in compliance with SOX.
• Process alignment and improvements across entities
• Variance Analysis and Commentary
• Treasury including cash-flow management across EMEA
• Management and development of team of 4.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with Big 4 training highly preferable. You will need to have post qualification experience in industry with knowledge of US GAAP reporting. You will have proven staff management capabilities and be comfortable dealing with change as this role will have a fluid remit and you may be required to assist on ad-hoc project and change tasks.
