Our client is an expanding Top 20 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their team in London.

The Role

As a Service Charge Accountant, you will:

- Produce service charge accounts for clients
- Work with the accounting team to prepare quarterly management accounts and reports 
- Ensure that clients receive a high-quality service 
- Assist with other accounting duties when required

About You 

To join our client as a Service Charge Accountant, you’ll need: 

- Previous service charge accounting experience, ideally gained in a practice environment 
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel 
- A highly-organised approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines 
- Strong communication skills 
- A positive, can-do attitude 

Ideally, you’ll be AAT qualified, or studying towards your CIMA or ACCA qualifications, but this isn’t essential. 

Other companies may call this role Accountant, Client Accountant, Service Charge Accountant, Accounts Clerk, Finance Clerk or Senior Service Charge Technician. 

Those with a Finance, Financial, Accounts, Accounting, Accountancy or Property background would also be of interest.
