Management Accountant

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting on an exclusive basis for a well established business seeking a No. 1 Finance Manager to work for a Nuneaton- based business.

Duties of the role will include:

Production of full management accounts
*

Maintaining ledgers
*

Preparation of financial statements
*

Variance analysis with commentary
*

Preparation and presentation of board pack
*

Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts
*

Working closely with senior management
*

Annual audit preparation
*

Cash flow forecasting and reporting performance
*

Preparation of VAT
*

Improvements of processes, procedures and reporting packs
*

Strategic input into the decisions affecting the short, medium and long term development of the business

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

*

Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA
*

Experience working in an SME environment
*

Experience and proven track record of improving processes and procedures
*

Strong Excel Skills
*

Experience liaising confidently at all levels
