Interim Finance Director

An interim finance director is required for a private equity house to work in a newly acquired consumer driven business.  With revenues of £35M, this fast growing global business require an interim finance director to project manage a full upgrade across finance, as well as supporting a newly appointed managing director on the commercial running of the business.  Key responsibilities include:

-Supporting a newly appointed managing director on the leadership of finance

-Undertaking a full review of the finance function including reporting, processes and systems

-Following the review, drive a 'hands on' transformation across all aspects of finance

-Manage the function / team through a vital period of its life cycle making changes where necessary

You will be a proven interim professional that has previously acted in a similar capacity as interim finance director.  You will have worked in a consumer driven business ideally with some importing exposure.  Previous private equity experience will be a distinct advantage.
