Our client is a profitable, successful and growing Technology company which is PE Backed and has offices around the UK and a presence in Europe. As Technology specialists they service some of the UK's largest enterprises. This business has ambitious growth plans and a strong leadership team. Working alongside the Finance Director you will deputise when required and have exposure to the Board.
Job Description
Main Duties:
- Managing the day to day finance function
- Support the Finance Director in delivering the strategic plans for the company
- Support the UK management by providing financial information and reporting
- Strong system and process improvement skills
- Responsible for the production of accurate monthly management accounts
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts to ensure strong cash management and planning
- Review and maintain a strong controls environment
- Preparing annual budget and forecasts
- Liaise with external advisors – audit, tax and pensions
- Mange the year end audit and prepare the financial audit statements
- Review and enhancement of finance and ERP systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with operations teams to ensure an effective team spirit
- Building commercial pricing models for allocation of internal costs to contracts and external pricing to customers
- Financial modeling
Qualifications and experience:
- Qualified accountant
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Advanced analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Demonstrate an innovative approach to problem solving
- Be part of a team but also able to work remotely
T The ideal candidate will have worked in a growth multisite business
Some travel required to the European site
