CFO

Our client is a market leading manufacturing business.  The turnover is sub £100m and operations are international and have substantial overseas sales.  The CEO is looking to hire a CFO to partner him and the Board leading the business through the next phase of growth.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience of being a stand-alone CFO and will understand the key drivers of a manufacturing business. In addition experience of corporate transactions and M&A would be useful.  The CFO will be responsible for all financial reporting - both external and internal, as well as Legal, HR and IT functions.   This role is highly visible and will suit an ambitious, confident, energetic Finance professional who is looking to partner an experienced CEO and is able to add value to an already successful Board and help drive the business forward.  In line with the seniority of the role , there is a generous equity package on offer .
