Axon Moore are working on behalf of a leading bank, who require an experienced Business Analyst to join their expanding team. My client is an established retail bank, with a consistent track record of sustained and profitable growth. Boasting a broad range of products this business serves the full spectrum of retail banking services to its UK based customers.
You will need to have an enthusiastic, driven personality with direct experience working for a bank in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements
- Mapping As Is and To Be processes
- Facilitating and managing workshops with the business and third parties to manage requirements & processes
- Carry out Gap Analysis based on As Is and To Be processes & requirements
- Challenging the business to ensure requirements and processes are sensible and fit for purpose
- Supporting Testing at all levels
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree Educated
- 3+ years experience in a similar role for a competitor
- Experience in Credit Risk
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to influence and challenge
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and drive
- High levels of communication skills as you will be interacting with Senior Management
