Financial Analyst - (9 month Fixed Term Contract)

THE COMPANY:

Highly successful expanding business based in Sheffield is seeking a Financial Business Analyst for a 9 month fixed term contract.

THE JOB:

You will be responsible for assisting with the development and improvement of the business reporting systems. Duties will also include weekly and monthly reporting, including analysis to support key decision making.
Responsibilities include;

* Developing and producing financial reports with commentary and analysis
* Communicate, report, and advise all relevant data to the business
* Promote financial understanding throughout the organisation
* Project management including planning and delivery
* Identify and drive process improvements around the financial reporting and transaction recording
* Work closely with the wider Finance team to ensure accurate data and reporting
* Develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders

THE PERSON:

* Qualified or Qualified by experience with experience of working in a Management Accounting and/or Commercial Accounting role
* Strong analytical skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines is essential
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Excellent IT skills including Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
