Regional Financial Controller, FTSE 250
Eton Bridge Partners is working in exclusive partnership with an international FTSE 250 to appoint a Regional Financial Controller to be based in the Thames Valley area. Reporting into a commercially focused Finance Director, this is a high potential hire with a broad remit, offering a defined career path over the next few years.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical accounting and compliance to IFRS/SOX/US GAAP
- Month end reporting, ensuring the close is accurate
- Statutory accounting
- Lead external audit and work with internal audit team
- Support and lead shared service team
- Provide tax and treasury support
Candidate profile
- Qualified chartered accountant (Big 4, ACA or equivalent)
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (or experience in a similarly regulated environment)
- Strong technical accounting skill set (IFRS, SOX, US GAAP)
- Proven team management experience
- Commercially astute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: In the region of £85,000-£95,000 base salary plus bonus and package.
