An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join a Manchester based not-for-profit organisation for a 12 month contract.
The Role
The FP&A Manager will be joining the commercial finance team, producing financial forecasts, analysis and reports. You will also be required to manage key relationships with stakeholders and influence decision makers to improve business performance.
Core duties will include:
- Producing high quality and insightful financial forecasts
- Producing detailed financial analysis in order to influence the business and help support their decision making
- Managing and developing relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Mentoring a team in a way to get the best out of your colleagues
- Helping develop financial and leadership capabilities
Candidate Requirements
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will ideally have the following:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Strong experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and 'push back' when needed
- Able to work well with the wider Finance team and business with a flexible approach that is easily adaptable to change
