Axon Moore are proudly working with a fantastic growing construction business based in Beverley to recruit a Finance Manager.
The role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to join a reputable company and play an important role in the longevity of the business.
This privately-run organisation which has expanded significantly since its humble beginnings and now has over 250 employees. They are passionate about being able to provide a fully integrated solution which ensures a streamlined service for all clients.
The heart and soul of this role is to provide a highly motivated enthusiastic service and show ease with adaptability to move towards a final team result. The position reports to the finance director and therefore requires professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and desirables are sage 200 experience and ability to working a multi company environment.
Main responsibilities:
• Preparing monthly managements MI and group consolidation ensuring accuracy of balance sheet and P&L.
• Group intra company and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare 13 week cashflow for the group.
• Oversee Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger Function and assistant accounts team.
• Prepare year end accounts and audit pack for external auditors.
• Monitor performance versus budget with meaningful variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Support 12 month budget projections and 4 year cycle.
• Constantly review internal procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Ownership of Fixed asset and HP schedules.
• Support the business change process and growth programme.
Salary:
• £35,000 - £45,000
