This highly successful and expanding Property group, operating in the UK & Europe, has built an enviable reputation for supporting real estate occupiers, developers and investors in the delivery of a broad range of core and specialised related services including investment property management, valuations, lease advisory and corporate solutions within the Commercial and Residential real estate sector. Ongoing growth and development have created a new opportunity for a qualified ACA or ACCA from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm, to join the group finance function. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your brief includes:
•Delivering accurate month-end financial reporting to senior stakeholders
•Production of Balance Sheet reconciliations to ensure SOX compliance
•Assisting with quarterly revenue recognition testing (US GAAP)
•Production of statutory financial statements including LLPs & a consolidation entity
•Ensuring compliance with FCA
•Preparation of performance reports & financial analysis based on business requirements
•Continuous review of processes, systems & reporting to identify improvements
As a qualified ACA or ACCA having trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm, you will demonstrate strong financial reporting, consolidations, year-end accounting and Excel skills, ideally gained within the Real Estate, Property or Professional Services sector. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a results-driven focus. Exposure to SOX controls, LLP reporting and SAP B1 is advantageous.
