Your new company is a global organisation who manage some of the most successful clients worldwide. Your new company is based in Edinburgh city centre and is currently expanding its External Audit team and are seeking driven individuals.

Your new role
Within you role as Senior Manager you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Within your role you will proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above as well as being involved in the financial management of clients. You will be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients and develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients. You will manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team. Within your role you will shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria. In addition to this you with support and train more junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate you will have experience in a similar role managing and supporting a team of people. You will have experience managing and delivering large projects and demonstrate your ability to problem solve in challenging environments. You will be experienced working within External Audit within Financial services and be able to demonstrate you knowledge of solving complex technical challenges and managing client relationships.
