Badenoch & Clark are working with a growing company based in Crowborough. We are looking for an accounts payable assistant who will support the finance team and report directly to the accounts payable manager. Key responsibilities:
* Dealing with manual payments - cheques and transfers
* Arrange payment of suppliers.
* Reconciliations of supplier statements
* Assisting with sales order processing and reporting.
* Assist with various other ad hoc tasks.
* PL and NL Journals.
Skills and experience:
* Has previously worked within a finance team.
* Good Excel and Analysis skills
* Knowledge of software based Accounts Payable systems
* Able to participate in a team
* Excellent communications skills
