Your new role
Your Financial Controller role will partner with Managing Director and take a lead on all financial reporting and operations for the company's activity. This is a broad, hands on Financial Controller role that will see you leading all project identification and investment appraisal work with internal development teams as well as fund raising when required. Given the nature of the business, you will constantly be involved in building relationships directly with individual clients and investors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant and carry a naturally confident and professional demeanour to deal with a range of senior professional stakeholders in and out of the office. With a lean organisation structure, you will have a broad skill set to manage a wide range of financial responsibility, providing investors and stakeholders with accurate and up to date financial and management information. With all the projects going on, you will also have a good understanding of the real estate and property development industry to understand the complexities of various projects.
