A highly successful high growth PE backed software/technology business is looking to recruit a Finance Director to make a significant contribution at board level. Working with the CEO and management team to drive future growth, this is a broad role incorporating operational functions as well as driving international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing a high performing finance team who can drive and deliver improvements across the business.
Drive the strategy and commercial decision making across the Executive team.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across finance and operations.
Lead the strategic planning, budgeting and capital planning process.
Monitor and develop key financial and business analytics.
The successful candidate will be a highly effective leader with excellent analytical skills. This is a company with an ambitious growth strategy so the successful person will need to demonstrate the ability to deliver in a high growth situation (ideally with previous experience in the technology/software sector that has operated internationally).
